Hyundai India has recently launched its much anticipated small car, Hyundai Eon in India and since the time of its launch, Hyundai India has received an over whelming response from the consumers.
Hyundai India is aiming to sell around 1.5 lakh units of Hyundai Eon every year. Hyundai Eon was launched in only petrol variant and looking at the sky rocketing petrol prices, Hyundai India is now planning to launch the LPG variant of Hyundai Eon. Hyundai Eon LPG was recently spotted in Chennai during its test run. Therefore, it looks like the launch is just around the corner.Apparently, Hyundai India will launch the Hyundai Eon LPG variant by early 2012. Planning to launch Hyundai Eon LPG is surely a sensible move, which will surely attract the consumers to a great extent. The hatchback will come with LPG kit, which will be much more durable and reliable. The car is also said to be more cost effective as the kit will help the maintenance of Hyundai Eon LPG affordable.Rumor has it that, Hyundai Eon LPG variant will deliver a decent performance, which would be make it more in demand than petrol variant of the car. if the petrol prices continue to rise at such a high level, LPG variant of Hyundai Eon will certainly be successful in the Indian car market.
