Mercedes-Benz V-Class unveiled

Mercedes-Benz has finally unveiled (or say, re-introduced) its all new tourer vehicle V-Class, en-route social media. This vehicle privileges eight people to travel with complete luxury, ease and comfort. It would be filling in the shoes of company's outgoing MPV Viano.
Merecedes-Benz is offering this stylish MPV with different exterior dimensions; with an option of two wheelbases and three lengths, ranging from 4,895 to 5,370mm. It is also being presented with two different seating combinations - either a 2+2+2 or a 2+3+3. Additionally, the vehicle will also be available with optional facility of two rear sliding doors, along with the conventional single kerb-side rear sliding door. The highly aristocratic and sophisticated interior cabin is just flabbergasting and one can clearly witness the exquisite craftsmanship carried out. It gets a superior quality dashboard with company's traditional as well as latest Comand infotainment system. The company has also incorporated some of the most trusted safety features of modern time in the form of Crosswind Assist and fatigue detecting attention Assist, blind spot assist and collision prevention and six airbags.


As far as mechanicals are considered, the V-Class would be offered with two different engine options - a 2.1-litre four-cylinder diesel which would belt out maximum power output of 161bhp and peak torque performance of 380Nm and a 2.1-litre BlueTec hybrid that churns out a maximum power of 188bhp and 440Nm of peak torque. The power would be transferred to the front wheels of the vehicle. Merc plans to bring the vehicle to India too as it would certainly attract the people who want luxury along with adequate spaciousness and class.
