At the 2012 Indian Auto Expo, Honda only had one product, facelifted City, to showcase. However, this year's Auto Show will see a series of Honda cars including much anticipated Jazz, Mobilio and Accord Hybrid. Moreover, the company will have a world premiere of a new crossover- Honda Vision XS-1, which previews Honda's future crossover MPVs.
Honda said that it will globally unveil a new creative model, the Honda Vision XS-1. "Honda Vision XS-1 is a study model of a new crossover model which features sporty styling and outstanding utility space based on Honda's unique packaging technologies," the company said.
Honda will also display the much anticipated new generation Jazz hatchback and the Mobilio MPV at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo. The Mobilio was first unveiled at the 2013 Indonesian Motor Show and it will directly compete against the likes of Maruti Ertiga and Chevrolet Enjoy. The new hatch and MPV will be made available in both petrol and diesel guise.
Honda recently phased out its flagship saloon, Accord, however the company will unveil the new generation Accord hybrid at the event. This model is expected to be launched by the end of this year or by early 2015. Moreover, the company will also display the new generation City, Brio, Amaze and CR-V.
